    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;Did you get error code 1619 when installing TurboTax?&lt;/B&gt;&amp;nbsp;If you did, please try the following and see if one of these solutions will help you install TurboTax successfully:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are using Windows XP you need to make sure that you are using  Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack 3+ in order for TurboTax to  install properly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the same problem persists after downloading the updated installer, try the steps in&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315346" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;Microsoft Article ID 315346&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this error occurs while&amp;nbsp;&lt;B&gt;installing the CD&lt;/B&gt;:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is so not right.&amp;nbsp; I have installed, deleted, reinstalled TurboTax three times!&amp;nbsp; I have gone to Windows and checked if I was missing some updates .&amp;nbsp; the problem is with your Deluxe program &amp;nbsp; I got my taxes finished and tried to file them but as soon as I tried to pay it wanted to upgrade the lasted updates and then locked up!&amp;nbsp; Had to again call your finance Dept to pay and complete my taxes&amp;nbsp; Now I am trying to get my daughters taxes started and I received the error code 1690 again&amp;nbsp; Do I have to delete the program again???&lt;/P&gt;</description>
