May sure your husbands's Social Security Number is correct in the My Info section. This needs to match what is on his Social Security Card.

You could Edit your husband's info here (blue pencil) and re-enter his Social Security Number. Make sure he is listed as your husband, and not as a Dependent.

If it does not, you will get an efile error/rejection.

Social Security Number is not entered on the W-2 screen. It picks it up from where you entered it in the My Info section.
