topic What is the difference between the forms 140 and 140v? in Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I was wondering the difference between the 140 and the 140v tax forms. To my understanding, I have to mail in the "payment voucher", which I am assuming is the 140v along with the payment to the Department of Revenue that it specifies in the 140v. But, what about the actual 140 form, that also has a place to sign at the bottom? Is the 140 just for my records? (I live in Arizona.)

Thanks!
