    <description>so therefore I am unable to efile my state. Nowhere does it say how to fix, but I can still "mail it in". Doesn't make sense to me.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;It depends. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/B&gt;The IRS requires the holder of an ITIN to enter the W-2 into the system using the Social Security Number that is found on the Form W-2, which will not be the ITIN. &amp;nbsp;Double-check the W-2 entries to see if the SSN field is blank or does not match the taxpayer or spouse's information. &amp;nbsp;Please see this screenshot on the W-2 screen to check this information: &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
