This usually resolves the &lt;I&gt;"snag"&lt;/I&gt; Issue. See T&lt;B&gt;urbTax FAQ:&lt;/B&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4881977" target="_blank"&gt;https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4881977&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I see&amp;nbsp;you have waited over &lt;U&gt;4 hours &lt;/U&gt;and seem to still get the same error message.
