    <description>Any forms I need to fill out? He isn't being forced by child support division to get them medical insurance even though its on the Child support agreement. I tried asking child support division to help and they have not done anything about this issue to help me. Non-cust parent asked me to apply for Medicaid instead but I do not qualify for this nor food stamps, house hold for 3 "I MAKE TOO MUCH MONEY" yeah right!! Sighhh...</description>
