Some ITINs expire. You will have to print your return, include the forms and ID proofs needed to get a new ITIN, and mail it to the IRS. See ITIN Expiration Frequently Asked Questions.

If the ITIN is not expired but the return is still being rejected, there is some kind of mis-match between your information and the IRS information.

You will still need to print your return and mail it in.
Make sure to also print and mail your state tax return.
