    <description>&lt;P&gt;Nope.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; You can file both returns now, choose to pay the state via check.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Once you get your federal refund, then you send in a check for the state taxes due.&amp;nbsp; Taxes aren't due until April 18th, so as long as you send the money in before then, you're fine.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
