No, you cannot add a W-2 from a prior year to your current return. You would have to file a 2016 return to claim last year's W-2 income. Even though you may not have been required to file, you may be able to claim a refund of the withholding.

To do your 2016 return using TurboTax, you need the desktop tax software and the return must be mailed in you since cannot efile a prior year return.
