I ordered TurboTax Premier from Staples. The info provided with the product said that it included "One State Download." When I went to file my state return ... I was charged $19.99 to file my state! Please explain.

True. There is one free state download that prepares one state return with an additional fee of $39.99 for each additional state. Unfortunately, there is an additional fee of $19.99 to e-file your state return. You can print and mail your state return with no additional fees. Refer to link below and once you are on the site click on the hyperlink "one state download" under Premier CD/Download.
