I was in the same situation last year. Filed my return in March. Faxed 8962 and 1095a to IRS in early April. Got my refund in September. :( (and that was after contacting the Taxpayer Advocate Service and my congressman)

If you received a letter from IRS then the detailed instructions and fax number will be in the letter you received. (The instructions include information on how to correctly fax the requested information so it is routed to your case. My letter from last year would do you no good). If you have NOT received a letter from the IRS but your refund is on hold, you will just need to wait patiently. :(

I have that same time, I was able to order transcripts on 3/6 and spoke to a representative who said my refund was approved however WMR is still showing being processed. Did you enter the new or old amount?

Yes the return transcript if it says not available the irs did not process your return yet .. You usually get a update the day after being able to order your return transcript

You go to irs.gov and click on get transcript link... You don't necessarily need to wait for it in the mail it takes 5-10 business days.. It's just the fact of you being able to order your return transcript mean it's finished processing... When you try to order it and it says not available the irs did not work yours yet

haven't got my refund yet...I was told a 30-45 day window on this being processed.
