    <description>The answer (see below) does not solve my error message from TurboTax (see above) since I was not able to connect with TurboTax Technical Support numerous times.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;There are too many robot answering machines that I don't understand since it got disconnected so quickly before I answer the phone with TurboTax support.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;The Intuit website has no email address where I can send my comments to TurboTax Technical Support about the error message.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I was not able to upgrade my computer operating system (OS X) at this time so I would like my money back for downloading this software and I will switch to other tax software.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I am really disappointed that I have been loyal to TurboTax for many years with no problems.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Now I am not happy with the Intuit company since they hang up on me numerous times.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Please send me a link where I can ask for a refund on this downloaded software.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Thanks!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;:(&lt;/img&gt;</description>
