If you have not yet filed your tax return you can change the provider information.

If you wish to change a Health Insurance provider, please follow the steps below:

1. Sign into your Online account and select Take me to my return

2. Select Federal in the left side panel.

3. Select Health Insurance at the top and follow the instructions to make the change.

1. Sign into your Online account and select Take me to my return

2. Select Federal in the left side panel.

3. Select Deductions & Credits at the top.

4. Scroll down to You and Your Family and click Show more.

5. Select Start/Revisit next to Child and Dependent Care Credit and continue through the screens to change/add the daycare provider.
