Estimates paid are automatically transferred to your state return (*see below):

Here are the steps to enter Estimated Tax Payments you have made in your tax return:

Select the Federal Taxes tab (at top of program)
Select the Deductions & Credits (sub tab)
Scroll down the next page and select Estimates and Other Taxes Paid

For a shortcut, go to the Search box (upper right of program) and search "estimates paid", click the "Jump to" link.

*Your state and local tax payments are automatically transferred to your state return. We’ll also use them to determine whether you’d benefit from itemized deductions, instead of a standard deduction.
