not sure whats going on .. I didn't go efile because it said it would be better just to have it mailed to me? so im confused

"better just to have it mailed to me" means you chose to have the refund mailed to you. But you can still efile the return.
Where exactly does it say Rejected? Is there a rejection message or code?
