I ordered the forms but I have not received them. Is there any way that I can get them to file before Wednesday.

Yes, you may be able to use TurboTax Quick Employer Forms (QEF), a service we offer to customers who use the TurboTax Business, TurboTax Self-Employed Online and TurboTax Home & Business Download/CD. The service allows these users to create the following forms for employees or contractors.

W-2
1099-MISC
1099-INT
1099-DIV

The user must purchase a current year copy of Business, Self-Employed, or Home and Business to have access to the online functionality. The service is free to use with the purchase and may not be paid for independently of the product purchase.
