      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes if they&amp;nbsp; did not provide more than half of their own support for the year&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BUT If she can be claimed as a dependent by another person (you), she can't claim anyone else as a dependent. Even if she has a qualifying child or qualifying relative, she can't claim that person as a dependent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;

Since she and BF are 21, the rules are different, unless they are full time college students. You must have provided more than 50% of their support for the entire year, and each cannot each have more than $4050 of 2017 income.</description>

      <description>If she qualifies to be your dependent she will have to check the box on her own return that says Someone else can claim her.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;If she is your dependent and files her own return she can not claim any dependents on her return. Then you could probably claim the baby and maybe even the boyfriend if he lived with you the whole year.</description>
