Federal > Wages and Income > Interest

Click on the Start button to the right of the Interest on 1099-INT category.
Answer Yes to Did you receive any interest income?
Click I'll type it in myself
Click the box next to My form has info in more than just box 1 (this is uncommon) to show boxes 2-14.
Enter your interest in Box 3 (Savings bond and treasury int)

I received a 1099-INT from the IRS and I entered the informtion where it says I should enter it in the Interest section of TurboTax. There is a column on that page which is labeled "US Treasury Interest," but the amount doesn't appear under that heading. Is there something I should do to get it to appear in that column?

There is no box number on the form from the IRS.
