There are many banks that are not import partners with TurboTax. If your bank is not recognized, here's how to proceed.

On that same screen, scroll way down to bottom right and click the gray button "I'll type it in myself."

On the next screen you can enter the bank name and the 1099-INT data. If you need more boxes, place a checkmark in the checkbox for "My form has more boxes..."
