I have always had problems downloading the Turbo Disk. I go on line and download the tax turbo directly to my computer and have no problems. If you have already paid for the Turbo Disk you need to call customer service and ask to download the Turbo Tax so you will not pay double and have to ask for a refund.

The disk that TurboTax sent me will not work on my Mac. I have downloaded all available OS updates. How can I receive a disk that will work on my Mac? I have already paid for the disk.
