"Inner Circle" still being offered

When submitting a feedback via the Windows desktop version of TT you get an email feedback.

In the feedback they are still offering a link to the "Inner Circle".

Why? I thought this went away a few years back.

The link takes you a error page.

Can someone let Support or whomever that this should be removed.

Here is what it says.
