I was on hold for an extended period of time, approximately 40 minutes. I was dealing w/Hannah R for approximately 2 hours and 27 minutes and we were NOT finished with the difficulties I was experiencing w/my Federal Amended Tax Return and we were either cut off or Hannah R. hung up.

I called [phone number removed] again and the hold time was approx. 50-55 minutes so I requested a call back. Then I found this tel. no. also [phone number removed]; are both of these numbers good to reach someone at TurboTax Help Center?

I have spent almost 4 hours today alone to simply (oxymoron) process an Amendment & I still cannot get the amendment to print for mailing in for the Federal Tax Return. We only we able to get the Amended State Tax Return completed.

I am extremely dissatisfied, frustrated beyond belief and since you are experiencing ALOT of software issues with your product. I am requesting a call back & a refund of the cost of this product and I would like to receive a FREE copy of 2021 Turbo Tax.

I Have found no help with Turbo tax this year. I have used it for several years. I even had to hire someone to help me find the forms that I needed. I go to E file and I get this thing about codes and paying for state $25.00. Could not get around it to file my return I purchased it as a CD.

I don't know what the Code thing would be for. But it is $25 to efile each state return (including the first one) in the Desktop program. Or you can print and mail state for free. I have the desktop program too and it works the same way as the prior years. Are you on Windows or Mac?

Please help me renew or reactivate my account. I had problems on last year with my credit card that expired. I thought I put in a new one, however I never received a disc. I want it to be able to extract everything from the 2019 taxes. Please help me.
