It's not unusual for state returns to remain in pending status several days after the federal return has already been accepted. This is especially common when e-filing first opens in late January or early February.

Sit tight and your state return will – eventually – move along in the queue.

Hey I did mine on the 21st and it stayed pending until three or four days ago. Woke up Thursday 15th to money in the bank. It should be there soon. I also wasnt able to use the NM where's my refund bc it said I was locked out
