Perhaps you accidentally double clicked on it and created a supporting details worksheet. Double click on the box and if a worksheet pops up you can remove it.

The fix is good. Issue came over from TT 2016 edition from filing SSA with a Canadian NR-4. Thanks for the timely assist!
