This means that the 2018 Adjusted Gross Income for the first person listed on the return is missing. See the following link for assistance on how to fix it.

Here's how you can fix it:

Sign in to your account and select the Fix my return button. Follow any “fix it” instructions to update the information causing the rejection.

Note: Not all rejections will have explicit guides to fix the information. You’ll need to navigate to the program area to address the cause of the rejection.

Time-saving Tip: If what you originally entered is correct, you won't be able to e-file. There's probably a data mismatch at the government, a dependent that's already been claimed, or some other situation beyond your control that prevents your return from being e-filed. Yeah this information means absolutely nothing.
When you open up the information, there is NO option to add a prior AGI. I've retried 3-4 times and trust me that is NOT an option. Can you please give the instructions specifically in chronological order because I cant't locate a single thing they want me to "fix"or how to go about fixing it when I can't even find the spot i'm supposed to place my AGI, they never even asked me for it!!

by the way many times it's easy to find out what rject code is all about by typing it in your browser like "reject code ind-025-02" that's how we do it.
