For the online version: Click on File (Yes the option to file your return). The first screen will be your order summary. And down that page you'll see a link to Remove "Live" (I think it will show up only if you have not used the Live support feature). I clicked that & it went back to the regular without the Live support.

I would find the "Clear and Delete Data" to restart from scratch, and then select the one you want.
