You shouldn't be using TurboTax to file your clients tax returns, as Turbotax is for non-commercial use only.

If
you are looking for a commercial product, Intuit (the parent of TurboTax ) has
three (Proseries, Lacerte and ProAdvisor).

See

http://proseries.intuit.com/

http://www.lacertesoftware.com/. , and

http://proadvisor.intuit.com/product/intuit-tax-online/

Also
note that even with a professional product, you still need to register
separately with the IRS to e-file returns. See http://www.irs.gov/Tax-Professionals/e-File-Providers-&-Partners/Become-an-Authorized-e-file-Provider

It probably also violates the IRS requirements for paid preparers (and maybe tax law) which require that the preparer sign and put their PITN on the return which TurboTax does not allow. TurboTax places "Self prepared" on that line instead. Submitting a tax return that says "Self prepared" when it was actually prepared by a paid preparer would not be an accurate and truthful tax return.

Just as the SuperUsers stated, the IRS requires paid preparers to use specific, approved programs to ensure that a preparer's signature is on the return. TurboTax is meant as a Do-It-Yourself, at home, tax preparation software/application where the tax-filer prepares his/her own return. Please check out the available programs we have available for your commercial use. If you have any more questions, let us know.
