      <description>Note...if you've already paid the TTX fees, or registered the account, then you won't be able to Clear-and-start-over...you will be stuck with the upgrade.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But you should also note that if you have any sales of stocks, bonds, mutual funds on a form 1099-B/8949 to report, then you will be required to use Premier anyhow (at least for people using Online software)...............If that is what you meant by a sm(all?) security deduction....or loss due to the sale of some security......then you don't really have the option to fail reporting it...you must do so.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Desktop software Deluxe would handle it, but Online Deluxe software will not.</description>
