I filed my Arizona State return yesterday. The form was unavailable. I received an email saying the form was ready for me to sign. How do I sign this after it was sent ?

If you haven't actually completed the Efile process, open your State return and go all the way through to complete efiling. TurboTax will let you know as you go through the interview if anything needs to be done.

If you have actually Efiled, check your Efile Status. If your Efile is 'Pending', you will need to wait until it is either Accepted or Rejected.

It it was Accepted, check your PDF download of your return for the Filing Instructions page. It will tell you if you need to sign and mail anything, and where to send it.

If it is Rejected, you can open your return and go through your State interview again to finish and resubmit your efile.
