Why do you think you were overcharged?  What is the breakdown of the TurboTax account fees?
If you are accessing the 2018 online tax returns, click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen.  Click on Tools.  Click on My Fees.
Or if you are on the Tax Home web page -
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on View order details

My return was 150.00 dollars short . You guys charge me 200 + dollars to do my taxes which was supposed to charge me 49.99.

Your message shows that you are using the TurboTax online Self-Employed edition which is currently $119.99. If you also completed a state tax return, that was an additional charge of $44.99. And if you requested to have the TurboTax account fees paid from the federal tax refund, the service charge for that option is $39.99. Total - $204.97 (plus state tax if applicable)

I'm in Nevada there is no state tax. I wasn't aware you charge 119.99 to do my short taxes. These are fees I was never aware of. You say we do taxes for free , but you guys charge more than H & R Block. I really am upset seems like the bait and switch. I'm probably going to look elsewhere for me and my family tax preparations.

You can see what I was charge just as well as I can . My refund was 100.00 short . But I'm tired you are just beating around the Bush. I will take it up with consumer affairs. Thanks for your nice customer service.

No we cannot see your fees. This is a user community and I am just a user of the software, same as you. Been trying to help figure this out for you but if you want to speak with TurboTax support then contact them tomorrow, Monday 05/06/19.

TurboTax support is open from 5am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday after tax season.

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.
