    <description>&lt;P&gt;On&amp;nbsp;Form FTB 3519 for CA state, it states that I&amp;nbsp;don't have to mail in this form if my return is 0. &amp;nbsp;I will get an automatic extension until October if I am getting a refund. &amp;nbsp;Is this correct, or is there anything I need to do to complete this extension for the sate of California?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
