      <description>However, if you apply for insurance through the Healthcare Marketplace for 2020 insurance AND want the Advance credit to reduce your monthly payments, the Marketplace will likely insist on a 2018 tax return.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you won't have Marketplace insuurance in 2020 or don't want the Advance credit in 2020 (you would get the credit on your 2020 tax return), there should be need to file a 2018 tax return.</description>
