I did do some searching on this though, and it appears that <A href="https://comptroller.texas.gov/taxes/franchise/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">https://comptroller.texas.gov/taxes/franchise/</A>&nbsp;is a good starting point to see and figure out specifically what you need to do.
