in the final review it says my 2016 business income is less than previous years, but in fact it is higher?

I would not take their audit risk analysis tool seriously...

I would not take their audit risk analysis tool seriously, it's just a marketing tool for their audit insurance product that is offered following the tool. Fear of the big "A" (audit) sells.
