Signed into TurboTaxLive this morning and then filed my return. The 25% discount was not received.

How do I obtain a refund for the discount that was not received?

I had the same problem. I Signed out of Turbo Tax, cleared all cookies & cache, rebooted my computer. Signed into Explorer not Google Chrome. Went to my email, clicked on the link & the 25% discount came through. Good Luck!!

I think we got scammed by Turbotax with the 25% discount email...did not work for me either. They didnt even have a payment review page to check the final amount being charged. I ended up paying the full $79.99 plus taxes for a total of $85.27. Dont think I will use Turbotax next year!!

Has anyone been helped with this? I filed yesterday (March 25th) and a few hours after I filed i received and email saying 50% off, Offer valid March 22-26 . Now why would they send me that email on or before the 22nd?? I am not a new member either. I paid over $100 because I 'had' to get the expensive package because of owning a small bank account in a foreign country (my home country) .
