How do I file my state tax returns?

My overview says that my e-file status is incomplete for the 2 states I lived in during 2016. I do not see a way to file the state tax returns.

To open your 2016 return and finish filing your State returns:

Make sure you're logged into your TurboTax account
on your Tax Timeline below your 2016 information will be a section called Some Things You Can Do
In that list, you'll click on "Add a State" (This won't actually add a state, it will just open your return).
Once you're in your return, go to the File tab
In the File tab, you'll click on Step 3, and continue to file your states
