If you are using the TurboTax Online version, you can locate a copy of your return, by using these steps below:

Sign in to TurboTax (if you're not already signed in)
Click on the Take me to my return button
Click on the Tax Tools button
Click on the Print Center (lower left panel).
Click on Print, Save or View this year's return.
You should be able to see the 1040-V - if you can't, then if you really owe the IRS, you will have to get a blank copy from the IRS (https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040v.pdf) and fill in the few fields.

If you are using TurboTax CD/Download version, you can click on the Print Center (upper right hand corner) to print, save or view the PDF. (See images below).
