Follow the directions below if you need to delete Form 1095-B.

Log in and click take me to my return (unless already in).
Click Tax Tools from the left-side screen and select Tools from the drop down menu.
Click the Delete A Form hyperlink and click the Delete hyperlink beside Form 1095-B.
