For me, it still wanted the current password even after putting in the account verification code that it sent me to do the password reset--which completely defeats the purpose of the verification code.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>I am trying to reset my password but keep getting sent back to the log-in page.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have gotten the reset code emailed to me a couple of times but it won’t take me to the page to reset the password. I keep getting looped back to the log-in. It also wouldn’t recover my account by giving identifying information.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
