Yes, TurboTax Online automatically saves your work as you progress through the tax interview. When you sign out your progress will be saved and you can sign back in and file your return at a later time. To sign out go to My Account at the top and then scroll down and click Save &Sign Out.

was at the finish of filing and lost power. Can Ireturn to where I left off or do I have to start over

If you are using TurboTax Online, TurboTax will automatically save your information when you close out of the program.

Just remember when you come back, make sure to use the same User Id and password as you used to start your return. That way you will pick up right where you left off.
