No, Turbo Tax does not provide a receipt for taxes being paid. When you file your return with the information on it to pay your taxes, the IRS and/or your state do not inform Turbo Tax when your payment will be made.

Once your taxes are paid, you can request a tax transcript and see the payment. https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
