      <description>&lt;P&gt;Depending on what box the income is in, you will definitely not be eligible for the federal free version. Thankfully, we do have another option for you that will save money. We have our &lt;B&gt;Freedom Edition &lt;/B&gt;(not to be confused with the Federal Free). As long as your income is under $33,000/year, you qualify for Earned Income Credit, &lt;I&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;B&gt;OR&lt;/B&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/I&gt; you are Active Duty, you will qualify (and a &lt;U&gt;1099-Misc&lt;/U&gt; is included in the forms for this). Your federal and state filing will be &lt;B&gt;completely free if you qualify&lt;/B&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
