@Issacgrissett You have added on to someone else's thread so we cannot tell if you are posting from TurboTax Live, which provides live help from a CPA or EA. Are you using "Live?"

If you have chosen "Live" then you can get the live help you are paying for here:

Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition. If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there. Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.
