      <description>&lt;P&gt;The purpose of this question is to determine if you qualify for the American Opportunity Credit which is only for undergraduate students in their four year of undergraduate study. Since you are a graduate student, you don't qualify for it and you answer would be yes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
