Please see the TurboTax FAQ below for instructions on how to downgrade using the Clear & Start Over feature. However, you will only be able to use the Clear & Start Over feature as long as you haven't paid or registered yet.

If you have already paid or registered, you will need to create a new account and re-enter your information.
