My 4 sheets of taxes in excel became completely corrupted. I got recovered half information from MS support. Also, I was saving them every 10 min or so and the primary 4 pg workbook destroyed including what I had to carry from 2017. How do I get the IRS to forgive this late penalty. It sounds as good as "my dog ate my homework"&nbsp; Please anyone help.&nbsp; Does turbo tax have a live person on phone to take me step by step due to the mix of years to file in 2018. I don't want to be a dramma momma, I have rebuilt the file and would like full phone support if I can. Thanks so much really appreciate it. Oh, and..... the good news goes on. The over $3K paid for healthcare does not comply with healthcare gov. I really could use a tax friend with a good heart. I promise to pay it forward.
