It is in the same area as entering Unemployment income received. To get there do the following.

Go to Federal Taxes > Wages & Income > Unemployment

Select Start or Update next to Unemployment and Paid Family Leave

During the flow a screen entitled Other Uncommon Unemployment Benefits will generate

Select Yes then Continue

It will ask Did you Repay Any Government Unemployment? Select Yes or No depending on the type of unemployment received

The Prior Year Repayments screen is where you will enter the amount repaid during the tax year for government benefits received in a prior year. This flows to Schedule A, line 28.

There will be a screen titled Repayments of Nongovernment Unemployment Benefits.

Select Yes and the screen Year Received Repaid Benefits will generate.

Select the appropriate box for your situation and select continue

On the Benefit Repayment screen enter the amount of Repayment of Prior Year Benefits and continue. This will flow to Form 1040, line 36 with notation "Sub-pay TRA"
