      <description>&lt;P&gt;When opening TurboTax for Mac after installation, the TurboTax 
"checkmark" icon bounces a few times before disappearing from the system
 tray.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You may also see an Error: “TurboTax 20xx cannot be opened because it is from an Unidentified Developer”.&lt;BR /&gt;Solution&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;B&gt;Please make sure the following settings are set correctly to allow TurboTax to install;&lt;/B&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;
  &lt;LI&gt;
    &lt;B&gt;    Make sure you have Administrator Rights, and that the user account is the admin account.&lt;/B&gt;
  &lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;UL&gt;
  &lt;LI&gt;
    &lt;B&gt;    From the Apple menu, choose System Preferences &amp;gt; Security and Privacy &amp;gt; General.&lt;/B&gt;
  &lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;UL&gt;
  &lt;LI&gt;
    &lt;B&gt;
    Then select Anywhere under Allow applications downloaded from (if 
unable to select it, click the lock icon and enter your admin password).&lt;/B&gt;
  &lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After opening TurboTax, you can put your computer's security settings back to the way they were.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; If you have recently upgraded your operating system to &lt;B&gt;OSX 10.12&lt;/B&gt; Sierra please follow the below steps.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;    Make sure you have Administrator Rights, and that the user account is the admin account.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Navigate to Applications folder.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Right click on ‘TurboTax 20xx icon. (If you are are not using a 
mouse, hold down your Control Key then click on the TurboTax 20xx icon.)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Click Open (If you aren't uising a mouse, select Open from the popup screen)&lt;BR /&gt;
