      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since NH has no individual state income taxes, you probably have no filing requirement in NH.(New Hampshire requires a tax return only if you had taxable interest or dividend income of more than $2,400 or $4,800 (if filing jointly) or had business income over $50,000)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additionally, if you run a business in NH but you do not need to file BT-Summary form, the you can go back under the state taxes tab and delete NH from the system.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
