      <description>&lt;P&gt;First, double-check that when signing in to TurboTax Online that you open
your return by clicking the orange &lt;B&gt;Take me to my return&lt;/B&gt; button. Then the
"clear and start over" option will appear.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;

&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it doesn't,&amp;nbsp;you&amp;nbsp;may&amp;nbsp;have&amp;nbsp;registered&amp;nbsp;already.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
  &lt;SPAN&gt;You can delete your TurboTax Online state
return &lt;B&gt;as long as you haven't paid for it yet (or registered in a free
version)&lt;/B&gt;:&lt;/SPAN&gt;
&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;
Sign in to your return, if you're not already
signed in.&lt;BR /&gt;
(To do this, sign in to TurboTax and select the orange &lt;B&gt;Take me to my return&lt;/B&gt;
button.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;
Click &lt;B&gt;State Taxes&lt;/B&gt; near the top of your
screen, and then Select &lt;B&gt;Your State Returns&lt;/B&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;
On that screen, click the &lt;B&gt;Delete&lt;/B&gt; link
right next to the &lt;B&gt;Edit&lt;/B&gt;&amp;nbsp;button, and then answer &lt;B&gt;Yes&lt;/B&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If
you don't see the &lt;B&gt;Edit &lt;/B&gt;or &lt;B&gt;Delete &lt;/B&gt;button on the&amp;nbsp;&lt;I&gt;Your State
Returns &lt;/I&gt;screen and haven't paid or registered, please do the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;
Click &lt;B&gt;State Taxes. &lt;/B&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;
Select the&lt;B&gt; Your State Returns&lt;/B&gt; screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;
Click &lt;B&gt;Start &lt;/B&gt;next to the state you want to
delete.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;
After the transfer of the information completes,
click &lt;B&gt;Continue. &lt;/B&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;
Once the next screen has loaded, click &lt;B&gt;State
Taxes&lt;/B&gt; and then select &lt;B&gt;Your State Returns&lt;/B&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;
Click &lt;B&gt;Delete &lt;/B&gt;next to the state that you
want deleted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;7.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;
Click &lt;B&gt;Yes&lt;/B&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In
some cases, you won't see the option to delete, just &lt;B&gt;Edit&lt;/B&gt; and &lt;B&gt;Start
Over&lt;/B&gt;. This is because you either already paid for your state or registered
your free version while that state was attached to your return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a situation where Turbo Tax 2021 will not generate a MI 1040 form.&amp;nbsp; I owe no tax - and I'm not trying to e File - I just want to generate a MI 1040 form to mail in.&amp;nbsp; I get an message&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I'm on screen Analysis - Let's make sure your taxes are correct - I hit continue&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;next screen is Give us a minute to look things over...... analysis complete bar comes up - I hit continue&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Tax Summary for 2021 I hit continue&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;one area for review - I hit check entries&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;it says not Eligible for Electonic filing - Why?&amp;nbsp; Well , it looks like you have a tax situation in your Michigan return that makes it ineligible for e-filing&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Reason for e-file ineligibility: Returns with Form M!-1040 not completed for filing are not eligible for electronic filing.&amp;nbsp; These are the rules set by the Michigan department of Treasury.&amp;nbsp; The good news is you can still print your Michigan return and file it by mail&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I ran smart check again and got the same message -&amp;nbsp; I looked at print preview and there is no MI 1040 form to Print.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Returns with Form M!-1040 not completed for filing - I do not understand why my return is not completed - Turbo Tax has said it is complete - no errors - except this note Form MI 1040 not completed - what is not completed?&amp;nbsp; I need help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I do not understand why I'm not getting a MI 1040 form.&amp;nbsp; I don't really care about e filing - I just want the form to be created.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is a good idea to first clear your cache and cookies - which means removing all of the temporary programs that can gum up your web browser.&amp;nbsp; If that doesn't work, try using a different web browser.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You are probably better off having someone walk through the return with you to look at your entries so I recommend getting live expert help.&lt;/P&gt;
